It is produced from the autochthonous grape variety Pošip by the classic method of fermentation in the bottle. It is adorned with a soft golden color dotted with tiny bubbles. It has a fruity scent and distinct freshness, making it the perfect choice to drink all year round. Scura got it’s name from the 'škura bura’. It is a cold wind that brings gloomy weather with it, followed by sunshine and clearing. It’s the wind that shapes our vineyards and builds the character of our wines.
